Our Heart
Inspired by Christ’s love, we act to bring hope and practical help to those left behind by society.
This verse captures the very heart of God’s character and our mission. In a world that often crushes the vulnerable and dismisses the weak, we are called to reflect a different reality—the compassionate, restorative love of Christ. A bruised reed is fragile, on the verge of breaking. A smoldering wick is nearly out of light and hope. Our foundation exists to carefully support the bruised and gently fan the smoldering wick into flame. We are here to offer not judgment, but strength; not abandonment, but steadfast love.
Our Mission: Faith in Action Against Injustice
We are a group of Christ-serving individuals who could no longer be passive witnesses to the deep and growing injustices in our world. We see the painful divide where the poor grow poorer and wealth is concentrated unfairly. Our mission is to actively combat this injustice by aligning our beliefs with the radical, selfless love taught and embodied by Jesus.
We believe true faith is demonstrated through action (James 2:17). Therefore, we mobilize spiritual and material resources to change the fate of the less fortunate, working to restore dignity, provide opportunity, and build communities where love is tangible.
Our Vision: A World Restored by Compassionate Love
We envision a world where the transformative love of Christ bridges the gap between wealth and poverty, strength and fragility. A world where no one is seen as a lost cause, and where every "bruised reed" is given the support to stand tall again. We strive for communities where neighbors care for one another, reflecting the early church's model of mutual aid and shared purpose.
Our Foundation: Rooted in Christ, Reaching Out in Love
Who We Are:
We are believers, volunteers, and compassionate advocates united under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our identity is not in a denomination, but in a person—Jesus—and His command to love God and love our neighbor as ourselves. This is the non-negotiable cornerstone of all we do.
What We Believe:
We believe in the foundational teachings of the Bible as the inspired word of God and our guide for life and service.
We believe that Jesus Christ calls His followers to a life of active compassion, justice, and mercy.
We believe every human being possesses inherent dignity as bearers of God’s image, deserving of love, respect, and a chance to thrive.
We believe that love which worries only about its own home is incomplete. Christ-like love is expansive, courageous, and sacrificial.
Our Work:
Our activities are structured into two pillars that embody holistic care:
Empowerment: Building futures through education, skills, and spiritual growth.
Outreach: Meeting immediate physical needs with essential aid and compassionate presence.
Through blogs and video teachings, we also share our biblical reflections, exploring the scriptural mandate for justice and charity, to inspire and educate others on this journey of faith-in-action.
Our Call to You: Strengthen the Vulnerable With Us
The task is great, and our own resources are not enough. The early church changed the world not through vast wealth, but through shared generosity and collective action.
